The Utopia of Its brings the Friuli … – The Small


 TRIESTE. Its – International Talent Support warms up and announces the earliest innovations in Serbia for the fifteenth edition of the event, which will culminate with the parade of next July 16, again this year located in the picturesque setting of the Hall of Enchantment. An appointment that is renewed every year by identifying a subject, a strand, a guide through the entire event by acting as inspiring element. It’s “Utopia” the emblematic name chosen for the 2016 edition, as if to reaffirm the fact that they feel at home Its all dreamers. Dreamers in search of talents in the field of fashion, young people recruited over a thousand of fashion design schools located in over eighty countries, in every corner of the world, only to be passed and sent to market, within the major fashion groups international level.

 


 

Its 2016 launches “Made in FVG” Its International Talent Support, the international fashion competition dedicated to young talent, it celebrates 15 years. The 2016 edition, which will culminate with the parade of 16 July at the Salon of Enchantment of Trieste, will be dedicated to the theme “Utopia”. Demna Gvasalia, now artistic director of Vetements and Balenciaga, Katy Reiss , an art director and senior stylist at Lanvin, Courtney McWilliams , design director to Givenchy and Heikki Salonen , designer at Maison Margiela . That’s the hallmark of Its, which over the years has made him an original event and also recognized by local institutions (Municipality, Region and CRTrieste Foundation) who today embrace projects: the fact to focus on research and discovery.  Several brands that have always believed in the event and support it as a partner: Otb, YKK, Swatch and Swarowski and now the National Chamber of Italian Fashion, Pitti Immagine and AltaRoma, to reaffirm the centrality of the Made in Italy. To these, in time, they were joined by sponsors and media partnerships: one with “Il Piccolo”, which follows the event since its first edition, “Vogue Talents” and, new entry, CNN Style, platform that embraces different worlds, from automobiles to architecture, from design to art and much more, that will cure this year the Afterparty of Its.
