New Project Development of Bergamo with check up and advice. Entry by July 3

Additive manufacturing, more simply known as 3D printing, and open source solutions, ie based on free software licenses, are among the new features that are causing more interest in the industrial field. Bergamo Development, a special agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Bergamo, believes that could impact positively on small businesses, providing the ability to test new models of management of production activities.

That’s why he launched the project “Bergamo Technology” that is aimed at evaluating the introduction of these new technologies and business models associated with them with a view from one side of integration with existing systems, on the other side of the development of competitiveness and trigger new demands from the market.

The initiative is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises Bergamo (industrial, craft and commercial) that we have at least a place of business in the province of Bergamo. It is funded by the Chamber of Commerce and organized in collaboration with the local association system and with the technical and scientific support of the University of Bergamo and the Consortium Intellimech.

The project provides for:

  • the administration of a questionnaire to local businesses to check the status of additive technologies in companies of Bergamo
  • the collection of applications to join the project
  • carrying out 30 check-up technology companies in the free select
  • the supply of 1,200 hours of counseling to 20 companies
  • the realization of a final event for the presentation of the final results Project
