Giordano Riello is the new president of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Veneto. The entrepreneur Verona just 25 years old, son of Alessandro Riello, President of Aermec, the company’s air-conditioning systems of Bevilacqua (Verona) and former president of Confindustria Verona, was elected unanimously by the group, which met the headquarters of Texa, company for automotive diagnostic Monastier of Treviso.

Riello, which succeeds the acting president, David Guariento, which in turn several months had received the guidance of the Regional Group GI former president Enrico Berto, will guide the young entrepreneurs in Veneto for the next three years. The young industry from 2011 is a member of the board of directors from 2013 RPM and the Board of Aermec; in June 2013 he founded the company EN SRLs, engineering company operating in the green economy and energy upgrading of facilities and in June 2014 launched the brand N + for the production of LED lighting for industrial buildings, private offices.

In March 2012, he was elected vice president of the Young Entrepreneurs of Rovigo with the delegation to represent the province at the National Council of Confindustria in Rome in 2013 and is a member of the National Board of Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs for the share.

Four key points on which the program intends to focus the next three years: schools and universities, innovation, internationalization and economic development. “The will – said the president – is to put the Young Venetian entrepreneurs at the center of economic and social life of the country. The development and growth, in fact, can not be due to that change and the spirit of innovation that young entrepreneurs are carriers in Veneto and in Italy: are the positive force to break the resistance to the transformation. ”

And now the day of the investiture officer Riello, in a debate on the issue of technology transfer between research and industry, it was found by the assembly a first clear objective, to start from the territory a strong proposal that introduces a new model of incentives for researchers and companies. “We must start again – continued Riello – a solid social base, a rail direct with schools, excellence and excellence of the Venetian culture, the desire to do through the enhancement of our territory, rediscovering in us the knowledge to do.”

“Today the places of knowledge and research are the companies – added Stefano Micelli, scientific director of the Foundation – North East. Universities have lost the function of the great discoveries of science and technology, no longer have the monopoly of knowledge instead has spread, without verticality. And this contamination means that companies are places of research and technological application quality. The challenge is to network and bring forth many experiences and so many moments of confrontation making system the wealth of expertise. This is the model. ”

Model that also goes by the unhinging of every model possible. “The novelty of this moment is the acceleration – said Alberto Baban, president of the Small Industry of Confindustria -. We live in an environment where technology transfer, innovation are in the hands of everyone. Today the digital information becomes available to all. The skill lies in being interpreters of change and new enterprises, which no longer has its plus innovation, but rather in human capital, in humanism that express people. Successful companies will be those that will be the right time, and will promote the model variable as is the timing and speed. “
