LG opens to a premium music service for their customers – Ridble (Registration) (Blog)

Big news at LG: the South Korean giant has decided to align itself with the latest trend of the “big” in the technology sector to jump in headfirst ‘music industry by announcing its own music service premium – a name not yet defined – that goes beyond the usual fees that in recent times we have been used to assist. The service does not have a name yet, but we know for sure about this one thing: not it will be a music streaming service. Yes, the music of LG, which promises quality very close to the original source recording (something to 24bit 192kHz), will not be playable online, as is the case of Apple Music and the like, but it will be download comfortably on their device.

The new service Hi-Fi home South Korea will not be open to the public, at least not initially, and remain a ‘ exclusive for all those who have purchased a LG , choose between a small group of products, not yet made public – although the company official said that in the post will come on all devices can transmit audio to 24-bit, as G4, G3, G2 and G Flex 2. Qualified customers can take advantage of the opportunity to download monthly two traces , in a manner entirely free, so as to then listen offline. In case you wish to buy more music, LG promises that its customers will benefit from a discount up to 50% on the entire music catalog. The producer thus takes to “pamper” their customers by offering a service that most likely will hardly achieve popularity, but it certainly represents an added value for customers of the company.

We have given certain on release, but we remain to monitor the app LG SmartWorld and the site www.lgworld.com. We will inform you as soon as possible on the effective opening of the audio platform.
