Italy on the podium of purchases with smartphones – The Republic

We will be the same people in the coming years, but the new technology will enable us to receive new dedicated services through smartphones and tablets. Already today we are joined by the leaflet of our favorite chain, we can create a shopping list, let us deliver the home shopping, access and share recipes. Italians are increasingly techno-fans, far from the last positions that draw instead an aged country, unwilling to change and innovate, besieged by the bureaucracy.

In the top list of the related trade is China, where the new technology applied to the experience of purchase are now a reality assimilated. Immediately following are Italy and Spain, countries that have welcomed the possibility of using smartphones while shopping online and offline. Interested but definitely more cautious United States, Britain and France. Then there are the countries skeptical than purchasing experience more and more technological – Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden – to close with the more late, Denmark and Belgium (source: DigitasLBi).

In the next one or two years will increase the demand for e-commerce in the consumer, neither is sure 40 percent of shoppers demanding 64 percent of the smart shopper, who will turn mainly to the site of a distribution chain already exists or that the manufacturer, with decreasing percentages for sites that specialize in e-commerce, social shopping sites, price comparison sites and buying groups on line.
