The future and the hopes of Italian research leave from the post-Expo … – Blasting News

For those who like to research, progress and our country, this is good news . The premier Matteo Renzi had anticipated in November, right after the Expo closed, now the “Human Technopole” project is starting to take shape. Next year could start first activity.

The project will be coordinated by a committee with the participation of nine working groups such as the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Genoa, the University of Milan, the hospitals and respite scientific Lombard, major national research institutes. An innovative project with so many ambitions

This project has already scheduled one screening of 7000 people a year, the study of personalized therapies, smart drugs and advances in both the sciences supply and the quality of life. It will be one of the most important research projects implemented in our country, perhaps a change of direction with respect to a past that has seen Italy always among the last in Europe in terms of share of GDP devoted to research.

Around the core of the “Human Technopole” will extend an aerial 400 thousand square meters, destined to become an innovation district, with facilities to be devoted to young people, to start-up technology, and to magnetize national and international companies attracted by innovative infrastructure.
