Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 and Galaxy Band at MWC 2014 - Italian Notebook

After the Galaxy Hit the Padfone-killer from Samsung, the Korean company would also finalizing the development of the Galaxy Gear 2, the second generation of the already known smartwatch, and Galaxy Band, his first fitness tracker.

After years of rumors, the wearable electronic devices have been launched officially in 2013 and the Samsung Galaxy Gear was one of the first models on the market. The Korean company has decided to play for ahead of other competitors by introducing a smartwatch perhaps still immature, not perfect hardware and software, but definitely revolutionary. The first reviews on the Galaxy Gear showed all its limitations (eg autonomy) but Samsung could be already working on its successor, on a Galaxy Gear 2 .

According to rumors coming from South Korea, the next Samsung will be launched at the MWC 2014 , which will be held every year in Barcelona at the end of February. Unlike the first generation, with a Super AMOLED screen, the new smartwatch could incorporate a OLED display . The intention is confirmed by a video made by Samsung Display, which indicates the strategy of the Korean company also in terms of smartwatch (minute 2.20). At the moment we do not know if the design and the trade name of the device will remain the same.

There are also the new Band Galaxy , the first bracelet that will measure your pulse and monitor our physical activity. It seems that this device will be launched at the MWC 2014, but it is not clear whether there will be a preview in January at CES 2014. The intentions of Samsung, then, are the same as LG, from which you expect the G and G Arch Health.
