Patents, Europe wand Motorola - Computer Point

Into the subsidiary of Google a formal warning with allegations of abuse of dominant position in the field related to the technological standard GPRS. Europe takes up the defense of Apple and Microsoft

Rome – A precise warning in what is called a statement of objections sent by the antitrust authorities of the European Union at the top of Motorola Mobility, at the conclusion of the investigations launched in spring 2012 on patent claims against Apple and Microsoft.
