Chris Hadfield, astronaut rock star and the version of "spacey" ... - The Messenger

NEW YORK – For 13 years, the space station orbit around our planet. Sometimes, on clear evenings you can see it move fast in the sky, with the background of stars. Yet it is rare that someone would think that there are astronauts who work with valuable scientific experiments.

But in the past five months, a Canadian astronaut, Chris Hadfield, has awakened the interest and the admiration of millions of “land” her tweets, often accompanied by stunning photographs of our Paneta were retweeted a million times. But what is overcoming all odds is his tweet farewell to the station: a version of “space” of more space for songs, “Space Oddity” by David Bowie. On Sunday, his last day on board (Monday night Hadfield lands in Kazakhstan) has made a real music-video, the first ever giraro in space. And someone already said that Chris Hadfield started as an astronaut from Earth, but it returns as a rock star.

Even David Bowie himself has retweeted the interpretation Hadfield, with two words of greeting: “Hello Spaceboy”. The song, which tells the story of an astronaut, Major Tom, leaving for an adventure in space from which it is clear that will not return, is interpreted by Hadfield to the accompaniment of a guitar, and with the background of the Earth beyond the windows of the station.

But it is not the first video that the Canadian puts online. In fact, through the Canadian Space Agency, Hadfield has become a YouTuber, a consumed YouTube video producer. He made video about how you brush their teeth in space, as you are sleeping and we wash, how to cook the spinach and doing gymnastics, etc.. Here you will find an anthology. On February 2 he also sang a duet with Ed Robertson of Barenaked Ladies Group, and hundreds of Canadian students.

In contact with the schools of his country, he accepted questions and held conversations with students. For Canadians, Hadfield is a hero loved and admired. But his tweets and his videos are property of the entire world. If you do not believe me, look at this.
