Patents: EU with Apple, Motorola abused position in Germany ... - Reuters Press Agency

(ASCA) – Rome, May 6 – The European Commission considers the use of Motorola patents in Germany an abuse of a dominant position by the U.S. company, from August of 2011 property ‘of the colossus of ‘informatics Google.
