The new European Regulation on data protection comes as a set of very complex rules but, at the same time, able to regulate most aspects of a modern policy and “European”, attentive to the new digital world and the transborder flow of data.

the institutions that have been confirmed, retouched or planned from scratch, are many and their implementation could create specific problems for professional , business and consultants interested in the application of the new rules.

The footprint of the regulation is directed towards greater rigor, which manifests itself in anticipation of Sanctions heavier and requirements more complex, and leads to greater caution in the treatment of the data.
