Two years in prison for the co-founder of The Pirate Bay - RaiNews24

Into The co-founder of the file-sharing site Pirate Bay, Gottfried Svartholm Warg, was sentenced to two years in prison on Thursday evening on charges of aggravated fraud and hacking.

Into The court held, 28, guilty of hacking into the computers of a company that handles sensitive data for the police and the Swedish tax authorities, as well as those of the banking group Nordea. Gottfried Svartholm Warg was also convicted of fraud and attempted fraud for stealing money from an account in Denmark and have tried to illegally transfer 654mila euro in other accounts in Europe.

Into Gottfried Svartholm Warg was extradited to Sweden last year from Cambodia, to serve a sentence of one year in prison after being convicted of piracy in 2009. E ‘was subsequently charged in separate authorities, as part of the survey on hacking.
