CES 2016 at the start, in Las Vegas unveiled all new technology … – The Messenger

LAS VEGAS – begins today in Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show, one of the most important technology fairs in the world. And numbers are already a business card amazing: there will be over 3,600 exhibitors and expected visitors 176.00, 11% more than in the record year of 2015. The event – which will last until Saturday – will begin with the intervention the CEO of Intel, Virginia Rometti, expected tonight in Las Vegas. Rometti will be a keynote speaker of the seven planned. Among others there are also the manager of Sony, Samsung, Panasonic and Netflix.

Nine car groups include among the 3,600 exhibitors including General Motors, which in Mary Barra will deliver a speech as Herbet Diess, head of the Volkswagen brand. Just yesterday GM announced a major investment in the startup rival Uber, LYFT, to develop without taxi driver. Cars in fact continue to be a central element of the CES 2016. There will be GM and Volkswagen, but also Ford (who may be working with Google) and a number of other groups more or less strangers who are working on the future of the industry. The driverless car, to a future without fossil fuels. Just startups will take center stage: there will be over 500, compared to 375 in 2015 which highlights how the event organizers technology continue to focus on those who develop new ideas in the field.
