Municipalities, the future is in Verres 2.0 – ANSA.it

(ANSA) – Aosta, July 4 – updated website, dedicated app and integration with social networks are the news that the City Verrès has in place to communicate more easily with locals and tourists. “We wanted to have direct contact with the younger segment of the population that is more accustomed to using the information and digital technologies”, explains Alessandro Rossi, deputy mayor of Verres with responsibility for Tourism and technological innovations.
Among the novelties the most interesting part the use of ‘ComunicaCity’, an app made in collaboration with Ancitel for Android and iOS that allows you to receive news from their town in real time on your smartphone. The web site was revised in a more dynamic and a more attractive graphical form. “It will also be integrated with social networks Facebook and Twitter adds Rossi – but the profiles will be open only to a select audience of subscribers.”
