  (ANSA) – NEW YORK, June 3 – Apple is preparing to lose the title of platform more ‘popular for app. To snatch the crown – says the Financial Times – will be ‘Google. Cupertino last month announced that 50 billion apps have been downloaded for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. At the same time Big G announced that 48 billion apps have been downloaded for Android devices. According to analysts, the apps are downloaded every month for Android 2.5 billion compared with 2 of Apple, hence the imminent passing.
