There are more than 250 reports recorded until today, more than 150 were shot in the control bodies, getting 35 evidence. The numbers speak for themselves: this year the citizens have given full confidence toll 800,894,500 wanted by the Regione Puglia, rewarding the innovative and technological effort that saw the news of the site www.ecoreatipuglia.it, the interaction with the channels company and the launch of the brand new app for smartphones “Ecoreati Puglia.”

complaints received allow to “photograph” the state of health of Puglia starting right of the perception that they have citizens. So what are the most frequent reports? Waste on beaches, sea pollution and violations of the Ordinance Bathing Region of Puglia. And then they rained protests for wild camping, for cars that destroy the coastal landscape, for harassing music of beaches, for cases of illegal construction, for defaced dunes, for the polluted sea.

some data: 75% of the reports refer to the maritime domain. Of these, 24% come from the Bat province, 22% from that of Bari, 23% from that of Lecce, 16% from Taranto, 11% from Brindisi and only 4% from the province of Foggia. The development of the first 182 reports indicate that 27% of these relate to the beaches under concession that do not respect the Order of the Region of Puglia Seaside (lack of or incorrect signage exposure, irregular fences, damage coastal landscape, problems with umbrellas and noise emissions high), 9% are cases of overbuilding or works without permission, 16% dirty beaches, 9% the presence of motorcycles, cars and campers on the shoreline (strictly forbidden), 9% wild camping with the lighting of fires, picnic with rubbish left on the beach that becomes a drain in the open, 12% of marine pollution (foam or floating substances, spills, abandoned waste).

the resorts most “popular” are Trani (20 reports), Taranto (15), Bisceglie (15), Otranto (13), Porto Cesareo (10), Bari (8), Gallipoli (7), Siponto-Manfredonia (6), Torre Canne (4). The results of the first two months of operation will be presented Aug. 26 at 10 am in Modugno (Ba), at the Beatrice Romita room.
